Bookings & Conferences
Manchester Cathedral, built in 1421 by Henry V, offers a unique venue for business meetings and corporate entertainment in one of the great architectural and historic landmarks in the heart of the city.

Our conference facilities are situated in the Cathedral Visitor Centre and the main body of the Cathedral, which combines the peace and splendour of Manchester’s medieval church.
We can accommodate board meetings, seminars, off-site training, annual meetings, press conferences, lectures, business breakfasts and lunches, cocktail and dinner parties.
We have hosted a great variety of events thus far, ranging from corporate launches for companies such as Adidas (Y3) and gala dinners for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, British HIV Association and Manchester’s own Co-operative Bank in partnership with UNISEF and the launch for Batman Live.
We can host events that are as diverse and unique as the city of Manchester itself. We invite you to be a part of our success and vision for the future as we deliver more events tailored to your requirements.

An ideal location
Manchester Cathedral is an ideal location. We are situated just a few minutes' walk from Victoria Station, Marks & Spencer and Harvey Nichols. A Metrolink stop is situated at Victoria Station and a free bus operates from Manchester Piccadilly to Marks & Spencer which is a two minute walk to the Cathedral.
Opening hours
Manchester Cathedral and its Conference Centre are available from 8.00am to 11.00pm every day except Sunday. Morning, afternoon and evening sessions can be booked separately and extensions can be negotiated.
Investing in the future
Our vision for the future is an exciting one and with your patronage you will be investing in it. By having your event here, you will help the Cathedral to deliver its mission more effectively. In particular, it will allow us to support our music, worship and children in education, and address the needs of the homeless and vulnerable in Greater Manchester.
