Bug wipes Cathedral diary |

Computer specialists are concerned that a bug is behind the recent loss of Manchester Cathedral's diary. The entire electronic diary was lost, but all other data remained intact. As soon as the problem was discovered staff began tracing bookings and re-entering them into the system. Over the last four weeks the diary has been rebuilt using booking forms and email requests.
If you have made a booking with the Cathedral and have not received written confirmation then please click here to contact us by 7 Feb 2008. (Bookings for the Cathedral Visitor centre remain intact so there is no need to call). Please do not phone as staff will need your details in writing to check the system. Allow 7 days for a reply.
