Education Officer

The Education Officer, Pam Elliott, is currently on maternity leave.

Whilst Pam Elliott enjoys her maternity leave, Hannah Currin will be taking over the post as Education Officer.

Hannah Currin

After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Leeds, Hannah spent time living as a lay community member of the Society of Saint Francis, an Anglican Franciscan order at Hilfield Friary in Dorset.

Having realised a passion for working with children and young people, she went on to complete a PGCE at the University of Warwick (Secondary English with Drama).

Prior to joining the Cathedral Education Department in April 2012, Hannah worked as an English and Drama teacher at Mossley Hollins High School in Tameside.

Hannah currently leads the Education Department whilst Pam Elliot enjoys her maternity leave and is responsible for Primary and Secondary School Visits and Family Learning.

Pam Elliott

 The Education Officer, Pam Elliott, studied 'Theology and Religious Studies' at Manchester University, and completed her PGCE in Secondary Religious Studies (with History) at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Pam taught RS for 7 years in Hertfordshire and Cheshire, leading an RS Department for 3 years, prior to being employed as the Education Officer in 2006.

Pam leads the Education Department and is responsible for Primary and Secondary School Visits and Family Learning.
