SelfHelp: Improving mental health
Date: Monday 24 April 2017 (9.30am to 4pm)
Self Help is a user-led mental health charity based in the North of England which offers a range of support and services including one-to-one support based on cognitive behavioural therapy, groups, workshops and eTherapy.
SelfHelp hold weekly surgeries at Manchester Cathedral. The service is free and offered to young people and adults living with mental health difficulties. If you or someone you know struggle with low mood and/or depression; loss of interest and pleasure; feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness and guilt; poor concentration; excessive worry or panic, sleep problems, or anxiety, SelfHelp could help support you on your journey to recovery.
There will be no SelfHelp session on Monday 1 May.
