Opening Hours
We are open for general visiting as follows:
Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 4.00pm
Sunday 12pm - 4.00pm
These times may vary during special events. During the set up for services and events, access may be limited to the east end only, when this happens the details will be shared on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
Admission is free
Visiting the Cathedral is free; there is a suggested donation of £3 to help support the running costs of the Cathedral. Contactless donations are accepted.
There is usually a Welcomer on duty between 10am and 4pm to assist you. Outside of these hours, one of our Verging team will be happy to help you.
Photography
Visitors are welcome to take photographs for their own personal use. If you would like to take photographs, using a camera or mobile phone, there is a £1 charge.
The Welcomer on duty will be able to provide a photography permit on arrival.
