Cathedral Lent Conversations on ‘The Death of the Messiah’: Jesus is Crucified, Dies on Golgotha and Is Buried Nearby

We warmly invite you to take part in our final Lent Conversations and Lectures.

Following the successful format of our Advent Conversations, our Lent Conversations will be held on Facebook Live, on Thursday evenings from 5.15 to 6.00pm, following online Evening Prayer.

The Lent Conversations led each time by two of the Cathedral Clergy, are designed to enable us to reflect together on the events leading to the death of Jesus.

The four gospels tell us a great deal about these events, so these conversations we will each focus on one stage of these events, looking at a short passage chosen from one of the gospels.

For those who would like to read a Bible passage daily, the three related passages are given. Noting the way each gospel writer describes each stage will enrich our conversations and Lenten prayers.

Tonight- Jesus is Crucified, Dies on Golgotha and Is Buried Nearby
