Join Manchester Cathedral Voluntary Choir for this seasonal concert of Christmas Carols, with a mix both of old favourites and new musical interpretations.
The choir will perform traditional works, such as Ding dong! merrily on high and Adam lay y-bounden and more modern works which include Hodie Christus natus
est (Sweelinck), The Salutation Carol (Anon), There is no rose (Rose), Sans Day Carol (arr Rutter), Jesus Christ the apple tree (Poston), The Infant King (arr Pettman), and A merry Christmas (arr Warrell)
The audience will have the opportunity to join with the choir in singing traditional carols such as O little town of Bethlehem, Hark! the Herald Angels sing and O come all ye faithful.
The ticket price includes a glass of wine or soft drink and a mince pie.
